how to edit the tachyon josocial template

Hello, i have installed the tachyon 1.7 template along with Jomsocial. How can i edit the template like to make it look the RT's demo jomsocial site. I currently have the Members, photos, and video module on the right. I would like to place these modules in the center.
I have went to Jomsocial -> templates but then i see:

I have tried editing default - but there were no changes made...
