I had Accuwebhosting.com manually move my goddady site to theirs. My domain name is all set up and everything looks great until you try to navigate through the top menu. Do you know what I need to do to correct this? Any thoughts, ideas, etc are so much appreciated!
Thanks JEM! That's what I originally tried. I had nothing but problems the entire time. I'm pretty sure it was with the host. Now that the site is there, I'm really hesitant on using Akeeba now. I'd rather just try to fix what is now there.
Any thoughts on that?

Thank you Juanjo! That led me to my problem. When I turned Apache rewrite off it fixed everything. Is that a server thing? Some support others do not? Or do you know why it went bad? Thanks again!

I think it is just related to .htaccess file.
.htaccess is a configuration file for use on web servers running the Apache Web Server software.
Probably when your site was migrated your .htaccess file was not copied (since it is hidden).
You can copy a htaccess.txt file from any joomla instalation, upload it to your site's root (if it doesn't exist already) and rename it to .htaccess.
Then you can activate mod_rewrite again.
Bests,
