Had a problem with the CSS not downloading Will Try Again

In the past, I gave up on using the Themes here.
I am willing to give them another shot. Previously I had all 10 of my Word Press sites missing the CSS for the Gantry Framework.
Has anyone had trouble using the themes on a Godaddy Server? This may have been a Godaddy Server side issue.
Should I just download the complete install including Wordpress as a self install from Rocket Theme? That is a bit harder than publishing the site with the word pres Godaddy supplies.
I originally was installing word press via Godaddy then installing the Gantry framework from this site.
I plan on making quiet a few wordpress sites, "if I can actually get it to work with the Gantry Framework."
Will this framework work with Buddypress? I would to publish 2 social networking sites.
Do the photo albums and twitter extensions work with word press? I am noticing that the how to videos imply that they are only available with Joomla.
If I can get my pages published and working I will gladly promote Rocket Theme. If not I will just quietly fade away into the abyss.
