- If you can, check php.ini for anything related to file-size. It might be that you only have a 2 MB limit somewhere...

Same things apply for 1.7, change the php.ini file as discussed in various threads you'll find with a Google search.

Depending on your hosting, you might need to get them to change things on their end as the php.ini may not override their server settings.
