Rok ECWID Problem (Offline Store)

Hello,
I've been setting my store up in offline mode, installed the RokECWID component/module/plugin. They all show up fine but than when I bring my site to live mode, they no longer pull the information off the site and everything goes blank. Switch back to offline mode and bam it works no problem.

Have you checked PHP ou Apache logs ?
One question,
When you said to put your site online, what do you mean exactly, have you moved to another host ?

- No, in joomla, in the site configuration you can switch between Online and Offline. Offline the site works fine when I'm viewing it with my admin account, but in online mode no one can see it.

Have you checked for
Default Access Level in the same page ?
I am sorry, but i never used that feature.
If it was my website, i would check php error log.
Try to enable debug mode at Global Configuration > Debug Mode
place website at Online mode , try to open it without a user session and then check the error logs.

- Figured it out, set the plugin System - Ecwid order to -1000 to fire first...solved the problem. Not sure why it was causing it but that solved it.
