Wordpress Kinetic Theme help needed

- I have uploaded the Kinetic theme to the my wordpress 3.2.1 but when I try to upload the Kinetic theme plugins that come as part of the theme's downloads, I get an error message that the zip file does not have a valid header. What can I do to fix this?
