Rokmoomenu Problem (major flaw)!!!

[Honestly I have scoured the forum and google for a solution but I haven't come across one]
Ok so the when you have the rokmoomenu working, as you can see on the Rockettheme live demo templates of Elemental & Versatility there is still a problem, which I will take you through now..... The menu works a treat apart (navigation left to right) from when you open up a submenu, then open up another sub-menu. Now that 3rd sub-menu will display, if you come back one sub-menu (2nd) , you will see that the 3rd submenu never disappears. So this is not really that noticeable until one of the other menu options in the 2nd sub-menu also has a 3rd sub-menu. This causes the 3rd sub-menu of the first to overlap with the 3rd sub-menu of the 2nd option in the 2nd sub-menu.
I am working on a client site so I would rather not give the URL of this, but I can set up a demo site to show you what I mean if the above is not understood. Note that you can see this problem on the current rockettheme demo sites.
[ go to Elemental -> Features -> Menu Options -> Dummy Menu Item (a)-> Dummy Menu Item (b) ......now go left one, the last Dummy Menu Item never disappears. If the dummy menu item above it also had a sub-menu the first dummy menu item (b) would get in the way]
....horrible to explain
I will put up a demo if defo required, but as I see it for a fully loaded hierarchical menu, Rokmoo is not the way to go.

- Good find, I can verify the described behavior using Firefox in the RT demo and in a test that I setup.
