I posted a detailed thread asking for help with a problem I'm experiencing with one of the club templates four days ago and haven't had a single response from support?
Is this normal?
I have bumped twice which I know is not polite, but I do need help and I have paid my membership for something like 3 years now.
How long should I expect to wait for a response?
Is there any other recourse if I simply do not get a response?
Sorry if I should not be posting this here, MOD's feel free to delete but the contact page for RT says not to submit support requests there either so I don't know what to do??
