    • Hi there,

With gzip and/or caching being turned on it makes it impossible to see the filenames from where the code is being pulled. These should be turned off and then the proper names will show after cache is cleared. This should only be turned on when going live - after all changes have been made. You can turn it off in the template admin, towards the bottom in Advanced section - Gantry Cache & Gantry Zipper. If you have RokGZipper installed go to Plugins > System - RokGZipper and disable it. Then go to Admin > Tools > Clean Cache - select everything and delete.

The same applies to SEF - as this can hide or cause problems with urls. It should be one of the last things you activate before going live.

The scroll bar is being caused by a menu drop down. I cannot track it while the above items are enabled. It is possibly because the fusion menu cannot be used in a vertical position as Kat mentioned in the previous post.

      Hope this helps 8)

    • thanks for reply :)

sorry for not disabling GZipper, I disabled it before I re-install but I forgot now. now it's disabled.

ok forget about the sidebar menu, I deleted it.

my main problem now is with IE8, when RTL is enabled, the submenus are not animated. they appear suddenly. and there's no fade effect. only the first submenu which slides vertically is animated. and this animation is not smooth as the animation in FireFox. (smoothness is not important for me, so you can skip this issue )

    • WOW I solve the animation issue in IE8. I just deleted the template-ie8.css from folder css in the template. I didn't check which code is doing this, I will look for it.
the only remaining problem is the fade effect.

ok I catch it, a bug that no one has noticed it ^_^

at line 36 in /panacea/css/template-ie8.css, this line should be removed/commented:
      body.rtl .menutop {direction: ltr;}

    • I forgot the problem with number "3" above,
when I assign to a Menu Item : a class in Custom CSS Class field in Fusion Menu Options , it doesn't appear when I run the site. why?

another problem is when I set Menu Opacity to -for example- 0.4 , level 3 menu is not effected in IE.
you can see it now on mbrmj.com/test

so, my three problems now are :
      1. IE Fade
      2. Custom CSS Class
      3. IE Opacity

I think RokNavMenu and maybe Panacea should be rebuilt again from scratch :$
