PHP Question: Hide a module if not on frontpage

  • PHP Question: Hide a module if not on frontpage

Posted 13 years 8 months ago
    • How can I hide a module, after a user has left the frontpage?

I want the login module to be disabled the second a user navigates to another section of the site. For instance if he moves to www.xxx.com/index.php/register

So the module should only show up if the user is on www.xxx.com/index.php and nowhere else...

I tried the option within the module to activate it only on the home section but it wont work.

Can somebody pls hook me up with the php command? Would be very thankful.

      The site is: www.studit.ch

It's the login that has to be disabled once you click on reigster now...

      Thanks!

    • Hi there,

The main problem is that you do not have an active menu in place at that point so impossible to control modules.

You could probably make this work by using Module Manager from www.nonumber.nl/

      Hope this helps 8)
