Our apologies for that but we don't deliberately ignore people. Occassionally we do suffer with high post levels, especially when a new template or extension is released. This may mean some days we don't get to all the new posts. As we use an 'unanswered' list to identify fresh threads it can lead to some posts getting missed if people bump posts or another member replies. Often this occurs when someone adds new information by posting again instead of editing their original post.

I hope someone sees this. It'll do no good now, except that maybe if I wasn't supposed to be ignored, someone will see there is a gap in communication and be able to fix it before it affects someone else.
With 45,000+ members and a wide range of questions it is inevitable that some posts will get missed (not ignored) and we always try to keep up with the new posts as well as the unanswered ones but we are only human :cheesy:
