    • I've been supporting RocketTheme off and on since Joomla 1.X. I have my own account, and when a client wants a specific template, I have them sign up. I've probably brought in 15+ members/year - MANY times what I've taken to other template sites.

      In the beginning, I was an extremely active member of these forums, but now I don't need support often.

      However, now that I do need support, I apparently get ignored.

      Not only have I posted here in the forums and been ignored, but I sent message directly begging for an answer, with not a single peep from the team.

      Very frustrating.

      It's one thing if someone checks and can't figure it out, but radio silence is never what I expect from RocketTheme.

      I hope someone sees this. It'll do no good now, except that maybe if I wasn't supposed to be ignored, someone will see there is a gap in communication and be able to fix it before it affects someone else.

      Our apologies for that but we don't deliberately ignore people. Occassionally we do suffer with high post levels, especially when a new template or extension is released. This may mean some days we don't get to all the new posts. As we use an 'unanswered' list to identify fresh threads it can lead to some posts getting missed if people bump posts or another member replies. Often this occurs when someone adds new information by posting again instead of editing their original post.

      With 45,000+ members and a wide range of questions it is inevitable that some posts will get missed (not ignored) and we always try to keep up with the new posts as well as the unanswered ones but we are only human :cheesy:

      I just took a look at your post from yesterday and unfortunately you haven't given us a link to look at :oops:

      One of the first things we ask is a link to the problem. Recently we are also having to ask people what version of Joomla they are using.

      It just prolongs finding a solution when we don't have enough information to start with.

    • LOL! Ok, another thing that annoys me is that the subscribe feature seems to work randomly.

      @CMYKreative, I did turn off MooTools. That is one of the first things I check. It didn't do any good.
