ExtendedReg extension problem

Bought this extension but it won't work. Click on login/register and a box pops up so you can register, but you can't input any info or even place the cursor. jvitals says it must be a RT problem.
And if you use their standard login mod you can input data, but then it sends bad activation links.
Any thoughts or should I just get my money back? Wasted too much time on it already.
