Omnicron site not working in Internet Explorer

Hello,
For some reason, my Omnicron wordpress site is completely "messed up" in the Internet Explorer browser:
www.nowwhatstudio.com/
It's fine in the other browsers, but it falls apart in IE.
Do you have any comments or suggestions?

Hello Prim,
My developer says that he cannot fix these errors because he does not have access to the code like he normally would - because it is restricted by the Gantry Framework.
Is this true? Is it not possible to access and change this website code, because it's not possible to access and change the Gantry code?
Please advise so that we can clear this up ASAP.

Hi Prim,
We took your advice and accessed the code via an FTP client and the server.
However, my developer tells me that there is no doctype declaration in the site and that the header code is not showing from where it is coming and without doctype declaration its not possible to perform w3c.
When we view the page source, the codes which appears there is not the same as what is written in the header.php file of site theme files
What do you advise Prim?
