I'm using the Syndicate theme from the rockettheme install. The front page is as the demo.
Does anyone now how I can add a blog page.
I've looked at the Read options but the static front page is set to off - I guess due to the hack to make the homepage. This also means I can't pick a blog page.
The only way I've found to do this is to create a Category page. This displays the blogs for the category. I need a better way to do this i.e. show the last 20 posts from all categories.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Do you want to show the "last 20 posts from all categories" on the front (home) page or on their own page? Just titles of the posts or summaries of their content?
Depending on what you want it to look like you can use RokNewsPager Widget, search for a widget from the WP Plugin Directory, or code your own if you don't find exactly what you want.
I can expand on any of these three options; I just don't understand exactly where/how you want the recent post to be displayed? - B
