I have 5 unanswered posts in the last 2-3 weeks. I recognize that there is a lot of activity on the forum but to have 5 posts ignored, some on things that are impacting my ability to work with their extensions and templates is very frustrating.
Maybe this post will be read as it doesn't seem that any of my other posts have been.

I know you guys get a ton of posts but when I'm up against deadlines and need some help and days and days go by with nary a peep, well, it gets to be really frustrating. Even a quick, "hey, I see you have this problem, nothing I can do now but I'll get back to you in a couple of days on it." would be helpful. And of course following up in a couple of days.
Mos of the time your stuff works and is exceptional and I want to acknowledge that. But this ain't no perfect world and stuff happens and then you need some help.
