- I have been trying to send a PM to people when asked and it keeps getting stuck in my Outbox but never actually goes to SEND. I do not know who else to contact because I cannot send a PM to the Board Admin. Can some one please look to see why I cannot. I had wanted to apply for a position listed, but cannot even apply for it. Niki

- Actually the way phpBB works is that it sits in the Outbox until the receiver actually reads the message. It doesn't mean the message was not sent.
