For some days I can not install modules or plugin.
I do not know that I have due.
In 5 years ever happened to me not something.
I do not think the fault is Rockettheme. In every way, I would urge anyone

In the Radiance-installation directory TMP I deleted several Cache files that have accumulated in this directory. And this has nothing to do with my server provider.
I still have not spoken to them, because I think the problem is not the server.

- You might want to look a Akeeba Admin Tools, it has a 1 click clear for the tmp folder. You should try to keep that as clean as possible at all times as it's a security risk to have files in there. There should only be files there after installations. You might also want to disable Joomla cache and RokGZipper / Gantry cache if you're worried about files building up. Hope that helps.

It is a great component. But I'm very sorry to say that the ruling only succeded with Radiance.
My server provider is 1and1. And there I have several websites. If the fault is on the server, should ever happen, and not only with Radiance.

Another link (not Rockettheme) punzi.es (this site works great) and I installed Akkeba_admin_tools smoothly and wok.
However I can not install it on Radiance, this is the result of the installation:

I reiterate that only happens with Radiance.
Since Radiance I like, I want to download the RocketLauncher again, and install it again.
Currently works better, but I uninstalled Rokgallery, and all modules Rockettheme demo.
The fact that works with other sites, I have to think something is wrong with Radiance.
I do not want to say anything. Only expose the facts. If you flatly states that it is not because Rockettheme, then I will put no more posts.

Can you try and install manually. Unzip and upload the files to your tmp folder, then put the name of the folder at the end of the second line in the installer window and install from the directory. I looked up the error you have and this is the workaround - it's something with the Joomla installer. Hope that helps. - The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer.

And because it has worked with the template of Joomlart?
I am currently migrating data from Radiance to Maelstrom.
I hope I have better luck. Once running'll send you a post. If you have nothing against.
¿Rokgallery may have something to do with the failure?
I'm working 5 years with the same server and Rockettheme, and very rarely do I connect with Joomlart. In fact, I have no problem with Joomlart_template. This template has a lot more modules and there is no memory problem.
