For some days I can not install modules or plugin

- I'm not sure. Sometimes certain extensions just don't want to install right, I seem to have more problems with this in 1.7 than I do in 1.5 - seems like I have to install everything manually on some of my testing setups. The error that you posted comes from the Joomla core files, that's why I think it's more of a Joomla issue than anything else. Hope that helps.

- I see, it looks like the culprit is RokIntroScroller. Did you try to install that manually? That error is still coming from the Joomla core. I looked up that error as well, and the only work around I found is to manually install.

You could explain what exactly installed manually? I have not done before. And neither knew existed.
I do not know if I ask a lot!
If you make me an example with images, rokintroscroller would be a good example.

- Manual install is easy. First unzip the module file, then upload it's contents into the tmp folder. Then go to the installer screen in Joomla, directly under where you would choose the file to upload there is another field that has the path to your tmp directory - add a slash and the folder name that you uploaded to the end of that path and hit install. Hope that helps.
