Editing information above footer in Hybrid for WordPress

Hello,
I am helping a friend with their site and they are trying to edit the information that is above the footer in the Hybrid template for WordPress. I have attached a screenshot of the demo page content so that you can all see what section is being edited.
Whenever we log into the administrator section of the site we can't seem to find a place where that information can be edited... If anyone could help us out it would be really appreciated.
