Mistake with subscription managment

Hi to the team,
I'm a faithful customer of Rocketthem for more than 4 years. I'm usingone to three template a year for me or friends.
On May 31 2011, I decide to renew subscription for one year, my account ending in the first days of july.
Unfortunatly, i'm french (I know it's hard to leave, worse than any other over the earth
) and had somes issue during translation.
So, I charged my card for entitlement, at a cost of $60, instead of renew for $60...
You know what ? I'm now like "a pomme" (an apple). I don't know what to do with entitlement and have no more access to my account to download a fresh template for my new 1.7.2 website.
Does anyone have a good suggestion ? How to refound me for unwanted item to allocate found to the right service ?
