SOLVED CSS and HTML link in J1.7

Posted 13 years 7 months ago
    • Just started on my first Foomla 1.7 site using RT and can't find the CSS and HTML links in order to edit them via Joomla's backend. Have they been removed or are they found somewhere else or am I having a rather 'blind' moment here?

Did a Google search but got more html/css tutorials that anything else, so a little help would be great, thanks.

    • Goto Templates Manager and click the Templates tab (you will be on styles tab as default).

This image is hidden for guests.
Please log in or register to see it.

Then click the template you want to edit and you will see a list of css files and you can edit the HTML too :)

    • Thanks. I installed Mission Control right after I installed the RT template and used it as default - leaving things a little differently laid out to the standard layout I have gotten (too) use to in J1.5.

right, off to go do some CSS customising and hopefully none for HTML - which is usually not needed for RT templates.
