- I think I have a licensing issue - where is the best place to get questions answered? I submitted a contact us request yesterday, but have not heard anything. I had to remove an installation of Magento and put it on a different server and on the new server, I am getting "access denied" when it goes to the installer.

- That's nothing to do with licensing - we don't add any sort of "licensing code" that shuts down your installation if you've already tried to install elsewhere. I suggest contacting your hosting provider, maybe also check your file permissions as per a default Magento install - www.magentocommerce.com/knowledge-base/e...o-installation-guide
