Banner in header in Panacea template

Hi fellows,
I would apreciate if anybody could give me some help in changing my header in Panacea template.
You can see the site at www.goalvor.net/index.php
At the moment I have the logo and the menu in header-a position.
I would like to have a banner at the right side of the logo like what you can see in the image attached.
I assume that there must be some adjustments in positions in header-a but I've tryed several things without sucess.
Any help would be greatly apreciated.
