It would be nice to know what templates your referring to?
So generally speaking, as of Crystalline v1.5.1 the RocketLaunchers no longer contain all the sample images as used in the demos. This is a policy we will be employing going forward to ensure that images used are properly licensed. You will need to obtain your own licenses for any stock images you use.
As for background graphics, excluding RokGallery ones which ARE for demo use only, since they were developed by Rockettheme that should be fine.
