Rokweather in Modulus template

  • Rokweather in Modulus template

    • Hi , I am using Modulus template. Rokweather was already part of it. I enabled rokweather ,put in the city to pull weather readings from, but nothing happens. It stays on what i guess was a default city, Golden, CO. THis is the case if I enter the city name or the zip code I'm trying to enter.

    • This is really weird. When i check out your site i see this in the HTML source:

      <img src="/templates/rt_modulus_j16/images/weather/images/weather/thunderstorm.png" alt="Thunderstorm" title="Thunderstorm">

      When it should be:

      <img src="/modules/mod_rokweather/grey/images/weather/thunderstorm.png" alt="Thunderstorm" title="Thunderstorm">

      What have you done with the module exactly?

      I didn't do anything but turn it on, add the city name , in the backend, and place it in a module position. As far as I know.

    • I just looked and the weather now says Nashville, TN. Which is better than Golden, CO, but Franklin, TN does have its own, so not sure what its doing.

    • Have you checked if it exists on www.google.com/ig ?

      Yes it does, and I had it on another site for years.

    • Just a thought, but could code be stripped from this with settings?

    • No, this has nothing to do with plugins or Joomla. You should ask Google how to solve this. There is no good solution to this that i have found on the net...
