Images do not show up on Adobe Browser Lab; ok on real ones

I am dealing with an odd bug with gantry. Maybe one of you might have some idea what is going on. When you test a website running on gantry framework on adobe browser lab, the images do not show up properly. However, the images do show up on the real browser. I believe it may be because gantry has option to load images on the fly to save bandwidth. However, I have turned off that featured and it still does that. And no it is not a cache issue as all cache (browser & server) has been cleaned. Any ideas?
I need to test not only this site but all future websites built on gantry framework on adobe labs. It is important that I can see it properly. Is there something I can do on the template to fix this or is it entirely adobe browser lab issue?
