Cannot use Gantry, RokGallery, etc.. cause of its layout...

Hi,
I'm having problems with the visuals and layout of everything rocket theme this time for some strange reason.
not sure if its a joomla problem or what..
Basically, everything installs fine but after it installs the usual coloured bullet points and cartoon logo is not there. Instead I have a plain bullet point list.
When I go to use RokGallery or the template Gantry there is no layout as such just a long page of list and bullet points.
Anyone got any ideas what im doing wrong?
So far, I uninstalled everything and reinstalled new downloads...that didn't work
Then I went to this link: www.gantry-framework.org/download and downloaded some of the gantry files ...this also did not work...
much appreciate any help or advice...

Hi,
you could be experiencing permission issues on your files and folders. Please check your system settings and see if each folder has a writable permission.
Also, you could use Firebug for Firefox to see if you are loading all the required files and if not, which file doesn't load and why - Check my services at: Mihha-Vision
