What do you mean by drag and drop? Do you need feature that your users would be able to drag and drop images to the specified galleries or something else?

- Well, I really want to have visitors be able to submit a photo. There are problems with that sort of freedom (inappropriate images) so I would need to review them. I don't want them emailed, as people are pretty stupid about image size and format.
