    • Hello!

      I was wondering: I have an ecommerce site and I think I could use some more pixels than 960px (which seem to be the default for all RT templates).

      Thing is, is that safe to do it? Why 960px is chosen by the RT design team? Can we expand the total width without breaking the template on other popular screen resolutions/browsers/devices? If yes, how many pixels are we talking about?

      p.s. i'm using the modulus template but I think this question belongs in this section.

    • I believe it is because the RT templates are using 960 grid systems ( 960.gs/ ). That's why the templates have a width of 960 pixel.
