    • I dont know if your reply is being blocked on my end or if you are just not getting my contact requests but I have been trying to contact someone to help me figure out why when I try to renew my subscription I get told I cannot downgrade? I fail to see how I can downgrade any further than being just a free member?

      This happened to me last year when I went through this and so far all my contact requests have either been ignored or something is not working right?

      Can someone look into this problem for me so I can get you paid?

      i have just checked our support emails, a reply has been sent to you within less than 3 hours, there must be some sort of problem why you didn't receive our reply.

      anyways, you do have an expired joomla and an extensions membership.
      if you would like to renew your extensions membership only, then that's what the system titles as a downgrade (from the previous joomla membership) and throws the error you received.

      could you reply here and/or per email to confirm which membership you are looking to extend?

    • Thank you and what is confusing is I subscribed to each of these separately. So if I renew the template I will then have an option to renew the extensions? How is this supposed to work?

      OK I got the renewal taken care of but it was really not a user friendly experience where the extension club part goes. Thanks for renewing my faith in RocketTheme though, I really do love you guys even if we have our difference of opinions!

      I want to wish everyone on the team a very happy holiday season and a very prosperous new year!

      it's really just a glitch in the system, if you had wanted just the extensions membership, we could have arranged that manually like we did for you last time as well, but as mentioned for some reason our email reply to you didn't get through.

      anyways, i have seen you renewed your joomla membership now and that will give you full access to the extensions at the same time.

    • I am having the same problem. I have an expired Joomla Membership, but I want to purchase JUST the extensions membership. The system is classifying this as a downgrade and won't let me do it. I have submitted multiple online forms stating my problem and have also sent emails to the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. AND This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and none of the above attempts have resulted in a response, let alone a resolution.

      I really don't want to pay for a full Joomla! membership when all I need is an extension membership. Please advise how I can activate this extension membership.

    • Just to close the loop on this thread, in case other people are having the same problem. I received an email in response to my inquiry to Rocket Theme stating the following:

      "You have Joomla membership before and it has included the Extensions club. So, if you want to join Extensions club, I need to manually downgrade your account. However, if you have downgraded your account to Extensions club, in the future, if you want to renew your Joomla membership, you will lose the renewal discount. Please let me know what you think."

      I think it would be better if the policy were more clearly explained on the membership renewal page, instead of that confusing "cannot downgrade" error and it just allowed me to make that choice without a "manual override"
