Major Problem with Reflex - does not load in IE9 !!

Posted 13 years 5 months ago
    • Hello to everyone,

I'm in the process of building a website using the Reflex template.
The problem is that with IE9 the header (logo and menu) is loading correctly, but the main content is loading on the right side of the menu, causing the whole content to reside ...out of the screen!!....
With Chrome and Safari everything is OK....

      Please, could anyone help?
It is very important to me that problem to be fixed...
The link to the web site is: new.vivoverde.gr

      I'm using Joomla 1.5.23 stable, Gantry v3.1.14

      Thanks in advance

    • Hi there,

I suspect that IE9 is less forgiving about the fact that your images are 970px wide in a template set at 960px wide.

      Try changing the image sizes.

      Hope this helps 8)

P.S. - Might be an idea to update Joomla and Gantry as they are old versions. 8)

    • Hello David, and thank you for your time.

I have changed through the corresponding css file the "width" attribute of the div .rt-container to 970px.
Also, I configured the frontpage gallery to be at 940px width and i resized the photos to 920px...
      But it didn't work....
In addition, the problem shows up at all pages, even if the content is article, or K2, or some other module...
      It is something else....

      Please, i need your experience....
