Unfortunately support has not responded at all and I really needed to get started.
If anyone knows how to get a hold of support other than the regular support email where I have sent a few requests already and the Contact Us area, I would appreciate it.
This is really frustrating. It was my fault I purchased the wrong subscription but that I cant reach support makes it even more frustrating.
Hi Andy, I have the same issue, sent an email through the contact us form, but no reply yet, could you please have a look and see if my emails was also lost.
I did the same mistake. Purchased Joomla instead of Wordpress.
I thought my email won't be answered but it was taken care of immediatly (in minutes).
