    • Please need assistance.

      Do you know who I can turn to because I purchased WordPress Subscription when I needed Joomla and now cant change it in MY Subscription area.

      Not sure how to reach anyone in Support to assist in this matter. i did send an email to support but have not heard anything yet.

    • Unfortunately support has not responded at all and I really needed to get started.

      If anyone knows how to get a hold of support other than the regular support email where I have sent a few requests already and the Contact Us area, I would appreciate it.

      This is really frustrating. It was my fault I purchased the wrong subscription but that I cant reach support makes it even more frustrating.

    • phew, I thought I'd be stuck, I too purchased the wrong subscription, not sure why/how I missed it, I was even aware that it was per type,

      glad I didn't see a response like "sorry too bad, thats what you bought"

      reassuring that I've made a right decision, looking forward to what I can do with these awesome looking products,

    • well it's been a couple hours now, considering I sent my request in within minutes of signing up I'm a little frustrated...

      was really excited, but now i just get to sit and stew.....

      if somebody there happens to catch this, maybe you could help a new guy out, I'm dying to get started on this....

    • ok, well I guess the support has something to be desired,

      not a great first impression at all,

      I've never waited this long for a response from any other web based company,

      for the first time ever I'm going to review paypals refund policy,

    • I did the same mistake. Purchased Joomla instead of Wordpress.
      I thought my email won't be answered but it was taken care of immediatly (in minutes).
