  • jQuery in Joomla Momentum template

    • Hi,
      I'm new to this so sorry in advance for asking stupid questions.
      I'm having trouble loading two modules of the same kind when using Momentum. The navigation in the modules needs jQuery to work, but if it is loaded twice or more it is causing problems. The only thing is, I cant find any other module that loads jQuery... Does anything included in the Momentum package load jQuery? Or is there any easy way to check if jQuery is loaded on a specific page?

      you can just view the source code of your page for 'jquery' or even 'js' to see what scripts are being loaded.

    • I am also having this issue with Momentum. JQuery is only loading once on the page, I confirmed this via the source code. But other components that rely on JQuery are not working with Momentum.

      The strange part is that the components do work with other RT templates and the stock joomla templates, the problem only occurs with Momentum. I turned off all the JS that I could in Gantry and it still fails. :?:
