Anchor Links Issue

Help from the gurus please...
On click of any anchor that is created the result of the link gets the site's page to behave very strange. It takes you where it is supposed to take you but the page doesn't display correctly.

When you click on the link it wil take you there but if you scroll up to the top of the site you will see what im talking about. the whole page gets distorted. It moves to the left hiding half the logo.

I tested in FF, Safari, and Chrome. I don't see the shift to the left or the logo get covered. I didn't test in IE. - B
