Login popup not working properly

- I am having problems with my login popup, it works on some pages and not on others. I have followed the instructions to the T (Set the module to login position and set it for all pages). I am running Joomla 1.7 and Zephyr v1.6.3 you can see my site at www.igcompetition.com - on the home page if you click on the login button it acts like an anchor, if you go to the introduction page and click on login it works perfectly. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.... Please help!!!

Thanks, I only got rid of Mootools 1.11 via mod_super_scroll_rss and it is working fine.
Is there another feed source that I can use that will not interfer with the login popup?
