How the change the copyright year in Gantry based templates

Using Joomla 1.7.0 with RT Panacea
The Copyright year is automatically generated (and cannot be changed by overriding the copyright text in the template administrator control)
How or where do I change the copyright year. It says 2011.
I am unable to find this in any php or xml file. I assume I missed the location

The Administrator Template Features copyright
allows insertion of the LINK as well as the complete text
< a href=" mylink.com ">Copyright 2011 My Name, Inc.</a>
Apparently a weak mouse battery kept me from scrolling to the right to expose the actual text.
For an almost 10 year Joomla veteran, I sure feel the egg on my face.
The Gantry support in the template handles this just right.
