Hi,
From SEO point of view, is there a preferred type of content to use dynamic or static. And do recognize search engines the text in modules easily? For example Google likes the change of content in pages >> I want to have a new message every day on my frontpage but I don't know if it is advisable to put that in a moduleposition or in content.

from an SEO point of view, no there is no difference between static and dynamic joomla content items. search engines recognise the text in modules and anywhere else on a page so long as it is not embedded in flash, javascript, or an iframe.
there is no difference between putting your content in a module or content item.
i suggest using this module : http://extensions.joomla.org/component/option,com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,649/Itemid,35/ - Say no to Internet Explorer 6.
