    Template (A) with Menu (B)

    • I'm curious... I like some of the templates in general, but dislike their menu system. And likewise, there are a few templates where I either like the menu but not the template - or I do like the template AND the menu, but would still like to take the menu and move it to another template for variety.

As an example, I love the radiance template's look and feel, all except for the menu. The fusion menu with radiance is nothing like anything I would want.

I could pick from any number of other templates with menus I do like; for this example, let's go with the menu from the Visage template. This is one of those templates I think is 'okay' but will probably never use (without heavy modification)... yet I love the feel of the menu.

Is there any way to integrate the menu from Visage into the template of Radiance?

Are there any other themes which are specifically compatible or incompatible to do this with?

      Thanks!

    • not impossible but it takes a lot of css styling and it's different for every template and not just a copy and paste job. this is beyond the support we can offer and is considered custom work.
you can post in the marketplace forum to ask for paid help.

    • Kindof what I expected... I was hoping for something a bit easier.

I suppose I can just have no top level menu, and go with the module positioning of a standard menu, and then apply a bit of my own CSS... but it is a lot more work than I want to do (which is why I'm here getting templates, lol).

I probably just won't use a template whose menu system I don't like, even if the rest of it is great.
