Probably permissions problems with your host...
Not template related, so, search for 'Joomla permissions' in Google or on the joomla.org site.
That should give you some idea where to start.
Also,
Have you posted in the template specific forum?
That's where you'll get the best answer....

But I looked for a template specific forum, even searched for it and didn't come up with anything. Is there some kind of landing page that lists all the templates and I can choose the one that I have questions on?
