Error when installing sample Data

When trying to install the sample data I get the following error.
Error
Some errors occurred while populating the database: Table '(DatabaseName).sxeht_usergroups' doesn't exist SQL=-- -- Dumping data for table `sxeht_usergroups` -- INSERT INTO `sxeht_usergroups` (`id`, `parent_id`, `lft`, `rgt`, `title`) VALUES (1, 0, 1, 20, 'Public'), (2, 1, 6, 17, 'Registered'), (3, 2, 7, 14, 'Author'), (4, 3, 8, 11, 'Editor'), (5, 4, 9, 10, 'Publisher'), (6, 1, 2, 5, 'Manager'), (7, 6, 3, 4, 'Administrator'), (8, 1, 18, 19, 'Super Users')
Does anyone know how to resolve this? I'm using the rocketlauncher to install joomla and the sample data.

A tip was posted there also:When you created your DB for the RocketLauncher install did you set it up as utf8_general_ci
Also did you make sure that when you created it ALL privileges were enabled?

I believe I got the sample data installed now. But now when I try and login to the administrator section of the site I get the following error.
JUser: :_load: Unable to load user with id: 42
JUser: :_load: Unable to load user with id: 42
You do not have access to the administrator section of this site.

- Hi, the only solution to this I can find would be for your to go into your database and make sure the super admin ID is set to 42. I'm not sure why you're having problems with your database, but something on your hosting or mySQL is causing your issues.

- Files and folders should be set to 644 and 755 respectively. This issue doesn't have anything to do with that, there is a discrepancy in your database which can only be accessed through your hosting account, usually via phpMyAdmin. Your hosting could be using an older version of mySQL or your database user permissions are not configured correctly.

As I said, your user issue is not related to file permissions. Have you tried editing your database I as suggested earlier?
If there is a problem with your SQL settings or version, it doesn't make much difference who installs it. Pressing the "Install Sample Data" button is the only step that should be required to make this work.
The JUser error is related to your Joomla database, a 500 error is an internal server error. Both of these point to issues with your hosting / database settings. - The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer.
