Please be aware that on several of your posts you have submitted your initial post and then within hours you submit a second post. This effectivley marks your first post as answered so the mods do not see it in their list of unanswered posts.

- which is when I asked you which version you were using as you had not given us the information. I have tried all of the versions and had no problems therefore it isn't the template or RocketLauncher. As of today you still haven't told us which version of Joomla you are using. 
Invariably, different hosts have different server set ups and these can have all sorts of issues. Without seeing the system settings we are just guessing at the problems.
You were even given a link to a post where a manual solution was available for when hosting cannot use the automated elements of RocketLauncher. This solution has worked for several people. We have no idea if you checked that link as you have not come back and said that you tried it but it hasn't worked. In fact your reply was...

We try to support and assist all of our members but that relies on members giving us sufficient information to start with. Looking through your posts I can see that the majority have been answered within acceptable timeframes.

. A moderator asked for a link within 24 minutes of your post. You supplied the link 8 hours later and then 8 hours after that you complained that support from RocketTheme was slow! Seems like it is OK for you to take 8 hours to respond but when we take 8 hours you complain.
The reality of that 'complaint' was still having your answer within 24 hours of your first post. You won't find that sort of support on many template sites. :cheesy:
In July 2011 you had issues with Reflex and had numerous answers from Andy Miller, basically telling you to check your hosting as there were many issues with the way Joomla was set up. Kat also gave you some suggestions for checking and fixing your site, but again you did not respond so that post is also showing as current.
Also in July you posted about speed of Reflex.

You had member assistance in 4 hours and moderator assistance within 6 hours. Your response was to ignore the suggestions from the moderator, just saying you have changed to beez2.
So please, before you make derogatory posts about the level of support from RocketTheme take a moment to consider your own actions and how they may have impacted on the speed and quality of the responses you got.
If you have any oustanding issues then please let me know and we will look into them, providing we have sufficient information to do so.
