  • SOLVED Gantry causes Password Reset Failure

    • Hi,

      After upgrading to the latest Gantry a registered user can no longer recover their password. This is the error message that is generated:

      "Reset password failed: A Super Administrator can't request a password reminder. Please contact another Super Administrator or use an alternative method."

      Note: this happens to all registered users. They are not super users. I tried using a standard template but I get the same result.

      Forget it. I solved the problem. And I do not think it had anything to do with Gantry.
