    FAQ Design Question

Posted 13 years 2 months ago
    • I'm digging designing Joomla sites with RocketTheme templates and have a question about the best way to implement FAQ content.

I like the simplicity of the FAQ design for the RT Forum and wonder if someone can point me to the best way to implement it for the content I'm looking to port from obihai.com/knowledge-base.html into a site based on the Omnicron template.

I'm working now in Joomla 1.7 but will be upgrading shortly to 2.5.

Thanks in advance for your tips and advice.

    • Hello, our forum runs on phpBB3, not Joomla, so there isn't a specific answer I can provide.

In Joomla, you could use a category list page layout to display links to articles in categories or use something like Phoca Documentation or another documentation or knowledge base plugin. You might want to search the JED for possibilities.
    • The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer.

    • Already found the solution? I installed a plugin and it works great. You just have to create an article and there you go. Make a title (question) and the answer. It has also a nice slide effect.
