They all vary per template so just check the demos and they'll have which ones are included for that template:

Yes, but you don't put all the suffixes on the variations pages.
For example: rt-small-sidebar-title from the Leviathan template.

seeing this rt-small-sidebar-title not listed is why i decided to make this post to begin with.
also is it possible to make own custom module suffix?
