Articles and modules upgrading on the frontpage

Help Please
When i publish articles or change modules, i must wait sometime 10 minutes before it's appear on the frontpage.
I will like to see them just after a save and refresh the frontpage.

- When you publish article, clear Joomla cache and you will see changes immediately.

Thanks a lot for your answer but I think i'ts not only the cache , even i clear the cache i must wait sometimes 10 minutes. Wtith my modules on the frontpage it's the same.
Do you think that I must make somme configurations with the Gantry to sweet my frontpage speed?
My second question please is to know how to change manualy the sidebar-a weight .
I would like to have, for exemple for the sidebar-a weight=300 and for sidebar-bweight=180. Thanks for your help.

This sounds like a cache and only cache. Do you have some other caching plugins installed on your web site?
