Yes I disable all the plugins. I even test i with the 4 browsers, Internet explorer, Firefox, Chrom, Safari and with my ipods safari too.
I think it'is a serious configuration problem.

Ok, i got some advice: Try turning off the Joomla System Cache (or the Mobile View in the template settings) and clear your browsers cache and then view the site again.
It looks like you sometimes get the mobile view of the page.
