List of misc css for templates

I have noticed many times that there is generic css code that will allow you to do some basic stuff such as remove padding, center text, bold text, etc. already included with the template. Is there a list of these css selectors somewhere? I find myself creating this type of css myself which is redundant. I would like to take advantage of what is already there if possible.
