  • Blank page on Template Manager..

    • Hi,

      I've installed the rocket launcher for the Halcyon Template. For some reason the Template Manager isn't working. I just get a blank screen when I select it from the dropdown in the admin pannel. I've done the install again but it's still not working.

      Any ideas what might be wrong? everything else is working fine.

    • hi adam,

      in your joomla global configuration, set 'error reporting' to maximum.
      then revisit the blank page and check if it displays any error messages.

      Fatal error: Class 'DOMDocument' not found in /var/www/html/libraries/gantry/libs/phpQuery.php on line 255

      Do I just need to upload the phpQuery.php again?

      looks like you don't have DOMsupport, can you check with your host?
